Bring your HubSpot deals, tasks, and customer records into AgntUX and manage them without leaving your workflow.

This plugin checks your HubSpot account every 2 hours during weekday business hours (7am–7pm, local time) and surfaces the work that needs you — deals approaching close dates, tasks coming due or overdue, tickets waiting for replies, and recent customer activity.

When you spot a record that needs action, use these four tools to respond without switching apps:

  • Move deal to a new stage — Transition between your sales pipeline stages.
  • Complete or reschedule task — Mark tasks done or push the due date.
  • Log note or activity — Add a note, call, email, or meeting to a record.
  • Reassign to another owner — Transfer deals, tickets, or contacts to a team member.

Fixed

  • Activity view now reads ## Compose payload (hubspot) as a fallback when ## Activity payload is absent — used by the cross-source merge path (Step 9 "Draft a hubspot reply") that writes onto a sibling plugin's (e.g. Gmail, Slack) action file. Ingest guidance updated: the ## Compose payload (hubspot) section written by Step 9 must carry the activity-payload field schema (record_url, record_id, record_type, record_name, draft_body, personalization_signals), not the generic compose shape, or the activity view renders blank.
