What it does

The Google Drive plugin keeps your most important documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs in sync with AgntUX. Search through files by name or content, read document text and comments, and stay on top of what's changed. All without leaving AgntUX.

Read-only access

This plugin syncs your files into AgntUX for searching and reading. It doesn't create, edit, or delete files in Google Drive — it's a one-way view into your Drive.

What you can do

• Search by filename or content — find documents and spreadsheets by title, text inside, or MIME type.
• Read documents — see Google Doc text and comments directly in AgntUX.
• Track changes — see recently modified and viewed files at a glance.
• Browse by type — filter for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, or folders.

Use /agntux-google-drive to check for new files and updates, or ask questions about your Drive.

Supported file types

• Google Docs (text documents)
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets)
• Google Slides (presentations)
• PDF files
• Folders
• Other files (images, videos, archives, etc.)

Setup

The plugin requires your Google Drive connector to be installed and authenticated in AgntUX. Once set up, files sync automatically on a schedule you choose.

Data collected

The plugin brings in:

• Document and spreadsheet content
• File metadata (name, owner, permissions, size)
• Document comments and notes
• Recently modified and viewed timestamps

All data stays in your AgntUX knowledge store and is never shared outside.
